Refund policy

At Kingdom Ambassador Apparel, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at kingambassadorapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at kingambassadorapparel@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Print-on-Demand Orders Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors on the customer's part. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.
